Global externalities include climate change and ozone depletion. Economic growth alone will not address such problems, in a system where each country acts individually, due to the free rider problem. Multilateral institutions are needed, and national sovereignty is the obstacle, not the other way around.
There are many environmental impact of economic globalization, many corporations that are developing avoid the environmental regulations of their country; free trade agreements which restrict the capacity of national governments to adopt environmental legislation; destruction of southern rainforests to provide exotic timber. These, entire affects world environment that later there would be negative consequences.
The issue of climate change is one that is particularly interesting because it includes so many ecological, social, economic, political and ethical aspects. Climate change is a global issue; the composition of the atmosphere which surrounds the planet is altering as a result of the emissions of polluting gases from industry, transportation, agriculture and consumer practices. Emission levels from countries of the economic South are rising rapidly as they pursue development to meet the basic needs of their people. This makes greater responsibility on industrialized nations to work toward extreme reductions in their emissions in order for environmental change.

We have to make conscious of what environmental problem means for everyone not only for the poor or rich countries, this is a main problem that must be solve. Climate change means for all a drastic change in their life, heat on earth is not good is going to makes as fight for the basic necessities.
Consumer lifestyles of many people in industrialized countries are responsible for alarming the atmospheric balance and frightening the world with major climatic disturbance.
