Limited Use of Resources

Globalization affects in the environment in GENERAL. It has a good side too but nowadays humans are so invoved with bussines, industries and all these kinds of things that they forget about the world and they just want to be better, faster, strongest .

Globalization is a well known problem, this brings many downs to the world in general, it brings new issues to the world and because the world is being damaged new things are being invented to solve this issues.

Because improving this environmental issues aren't the primary thing in the human's mind we have to reduce the use of the resorces we find around the world.

*As we see in the mage the people are running to get everything, everywhere and this can be done with globalization but now they have to look around and observe that people have other needs and the world needs to be taken care of!..

TAKE CARE OF THE WORLD
!!
PEACE OUT

WATER POLLUTION

"In the water resources sector, local water management issues are increasingly tied to events and people distantly located. For example, some private water utility headquarters are located thousands of miles away from the municipalities they manage; environmentally minded citizens halfway around the world mobilize to oppose the construction of dams; and multinational banks promote full cost recovery for water investments".

- Water has an important role in globalization because it the most primary thin we need to live. As we have read in this fragment people are crazy about making industries and to get involved with this in every aspect. Unluckily this is damaging the environment.

Water Problems!
-Nowadays water privatizations activities have increased because of competition and external influences.
- Globaization has to the with quantity and quality of water.
- Pesticides affect watter in the work of it.

Air pollution

Air pollution
Air pollution is the introduction of chemicals, particulate matter, or biological materials that cause harm to humans, other living organisms including our natural environment and the atmosphere.
Air pollution its often devastating effects. In the last 200 years had appeared several main inclinations which became the major forces behind the surge in levels of air pollution throughout the globe.
Industrialization is the first fundamental pollution cause. Among other things, industrialization major contaminant is the use of fossil fuels (oil, gas & coal).
Population growth is the second fundamental pollution cause. With population numbers literally exploding around the world, the demand for food and other goods goes up. This demand is met by expanded production and use of natural resources, which in its turn leads to higher levels of environmental pollution in general, and air pollution in particular.
Globalization is another major pollution cause. Globalization has become an effective facilitator of air pollution. Developing countries usually have much looser laws on environmental protection. With this “benefit” as well as the population growth and easy availability of cheap labor, big industry prefers to move its facilities to such “pollution havens” rather than work in more regulated markets.

Global Warning

This is a problem that now at days we have to solve, is a problem have to do a lot with globalization is a problem that is affecting everybody in the world.
Global Warning: is the increase in the average temperature of the Earth's near-surface air and oceans since the mid-20th century and its projected continuation. Global surface temperature increased 0.74 ± 0.18 °C (1.33 ± 0.32 °F) between the start and the end of the 20th century.
The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) concludes that most of the observed temperature increase since the middle of the 20th century was caused by increasing concentrations of greenhouse gases resulting from human activity such as fossil fuel burning and deforestation.
Global is a problem that is affecting everybody there are campaigns and organizations around the world that are helping to change this and solve this problem. People all around the world como together to solve this here is where we can see that an environmental problem have to do with globalization.
Globalization is a reason for global warning .It introduces INDEGENOIUS products of a country to new global market. The exchange of such goods including the goods which cause GLOBAL WARMING LIKE "CFC's". This type of things makes produce chemicals.

BUT THE ADVANTAGE IS THAT GOODS & SERVICES WHICH HELP IN PRESERVING OUR WORLD CAN ALSO BE INTRODUSED ACROSS THE GLOBE.FOR EG: NON POLLUTING VEHICLES.THIS IS THE SAME FOR WATER POLLUTION.

Since all types’ goods and services are marketed globalization promotes the usage of goods that cause global warming and water pollution.

Polluting water intern creates water scarcity. Since the population is growing their needs will increase the production of such items at international level. Globalization will also promote the fuels and machines that cause less pollution.

So buyers will be more for such items which will create a competition between industries to produce less polluting goods so that consumers would buy more.

We can see that globalization is an important cause for global warning many things such as industries make global warning increase everybody also technology and such things make things worst. But also globalization can help changing this problem by making people start warring about this huge problem, so we can make publicity, campaigns and institutions were we can help our world, we can use technology to communicate with people all around the world so they would know about this problem.

Climate change

Global externalities include climate change and ozone depletion. Economic growth alone will not address such problems, in a system where each country acts individually, due to the free rider problem. Multilateral institutions are needed, and national sovereignty is the obstacle, not the other way around.
There are many environmental impact of economic globalization, many corporations that are developing avoid the environmental regulations of their country; free trade agreements which restrict the capacity of national governments to adopt environmental legislation; destruction of southern rainforests to provide exotic timber. These, entire affects world environment that later there would be negative consequences.
The issue of climate change is one that is particularly interesting because it includes so many ecological, social, economic, political and ethical aspects. Climate change is a global issue; the composition of the atmosphere which surrounds the planet is altering as a result of the emissions of polluting gases from industry, transportation, agriculture and consumer practices. With this condense cover of gases, the atmosphere is gradually warming. The entire planet will be affected by the climatic changes and impacts which are predicted, for example the increased deficiency and floods, rising sea levels, more extreme temperatures.
The motivation of countries to cooperate in treaties to speak to this global problem is a positive example of globalization. Though climate change is a global problem, people are not all equally responsible for causing it. The industrialized nations are the principal causer largely through the burning of fossil fuels.
Emission levels from countries of the economic South are rising rapidly as they pursue development to meet the basic needs of their people. This makes greater responsibility on industrialized nations to work toward extreme reductions in their emissions in order for environmental change.
The climate change issue in the context of the global community. We have to make conscious of what environmental problem means for everyone not only for the poor or rich countries, this is a main problem that must be solve. Climate change means for all a drastic change in their life, heat on earth is not good is going to makes as fight for the basic necessities.
Consumer lifestyles of many people in industrialized countries are responsible for alarming the atmospheric balance and frightening the world with major climatic disturbance.

Globalization and healthy planet

States are trying to manage problems like ozone depletion and climate change. It is pushing states to liberalize trade and foreign investment, promote specialization, and eliminate subsidies, which in the past have contributed to market failures and economic and environmental results.

It is calling the attention of the capacity of developing states for environmental management through the transfer of technologies, knowledge, and development assistance all this cause by globalization, as a positive thing. And it is contributing to a host of domestic reforms to policies such as better environmental laws, stronger institutions, and more secure property rights.

How globalization affects the global environment?

Globalization is transforming the health of the planet. There is a quick disagreement arise over the nature of this transformation, the questions over this are if globalization is a force of progress and environmental solutions or is it a cause of our current global environmental crisis.

All these, turns around some of the most controversial issues at the center of economic Globalization and the environment. Such as economic growth, production, and consumption; trade; and transnational investment.

Globalization is altering the global environment. The nature of the change, however, is fiercely debated. Some think that it is a source of progress and cooperation, for a future world with much better environmental conditions for all. Others argue it is accelerating the process of the capitalist exploitation of nature and humanity, rotating the world faster and faster toward an ecological meltdown.
